You know, I thought about that too! But Prisoner Zero could only take on the forms of those who were in comas, in that sort of half-alive/half-dead state.
But think about it…The Doctor that we see “dying” in the desert is not Prisoner Zero or a Ganger or anything like that…no, no, when you think about it, you know it can only be one thing.
Think about it logically. Whose name goes with “death” like peanut butter does with jelly?
