Because I’m still elated that James Corden won the Tony Award (and I got to see him perform/meet him afterward!), I wanted to share this little trailer of sorts for One Man, Two Guvnors with all of you so you can see a bit for yourselves how hilarious he is!

Also: CRAIG IN A FEZ AT 40 SECONDS IN.

JAMES CORDEN JUST WON THE TONY.

    Legitimately crying right now.

    He deserved it x’s 1,000.

    James Corden and me!
After seeing him in One Man, Two Guvnors, my sister and I hung around the stage door and got to meet him!
The show was hilarious, one of the funniest plays on Broadway I’ve ever seen, and if you’re going to be in New York anytime soon, I highly suggest you try and catch it.
James Corden was really funny and extremely sweet, and I tried very hard not to get all fangirly when I saw him. He signed a Playbill for me and for my sister, and then took a picture with me! (He put his arm around me and apologized for being sweaty, haha). I told him how hilarious he was in the show, and then told him that I loved him on Doctor Who (if you don’t recognize him, he was Craig Owens in The Lodger and Closing Time!). He laughed and said “Oh, really? Thank you!” after I said how much I loved his episodes on the show.
I told him I had a Doctor Who blog too, and he said that was “really cool!” and I got all fangirly. :P
Then after we were done taking the photo, he walked away to sign more autographs, and came back a few minutes later to take a picture with my sister. After he was done posing with her, he said to me, “So, who’s your favorite Doctor?”
I freaked out for about a second and a half, because James Corden just asked me who my favorite Doctor was, and then said, “Definitely Matt Smith!”
James Corden smiled and said, “Matt’s the best. Nicest guy you’ll ever meet.”
I then said, “I’m hoping to see you on Series 7, but I don’t know how much you can give away!”
He told me that he really wanted to be in Series 7, but couldn’t do it due to scheduling conflicts with the play, but that’s he’s “hoping to come back for the big one, the 50th Anniversary, so we’ll see.”
Then I thanked him again and he got into a private car and took off, and basically James Corden is awesome and talented and you should see him in his Tony-nominated role on Broadway. All of the awards for James Corden.

I’m gonna see James Corden in One Man, Two Guvnors on Broadway tomorrow!

(James Corden, as you may or may not know, is Craig Owens.)

I’m hoping that he’ll come out to the stage door after the matinee and maybe I can get a photo and an autograph!

Here, have a photo of James Corden (Craig Owens) being adorable in his new play, One Man, Two Guvnors.
