    I don’t wanna start a whole big argument, etc., etc., but, uh…

    I’m serious, go watch it.

    Seriously? Have you watched the new series? In season one, the Doctor was going to show a dalek and Rose told him not to. From that point on and until Matt Smith was introduced, the Doctor was very, very anti-gun. The Doctor using guns in Classic Who is irrelevant.

    But…it’s not irrelevant. It’s the same character and the same show, and The Doctor’s personality (and penchant for firearms) is constantly changing. I personally don’t think you’ll ever see The Doctor use a gun as an immediate solution anytime in the future, but it’s not some big problematic thing to have him (or his companions) using one in Series 7.
