I’ve gotten this before! I can see how you can see that in some pictures, but I don’t really see it most of the time/in real life.

One of the little details that I love about Amy Pond is that she’s always wearing a nail color that isn’t commonly used, like lavender or orange. It says a lot about her character for one tiny little detail.
When I interviewed Karen Gillan last summer, she told me that this was her idea for Amy’s character!
“I felt quite strongly that she should have different colored nails all the time, because it was something I felt that the audience could relate to,” says Karen. “Just don’t do your nails through a time vortex.”
